Pet of the Month: Piper
Piper was found in Bellport, NY by members of the local Boys and Girls Club. When she was brought in, this stray kitten was riddled with fleas and her eyes were pained from severe infection. Our veterinarian had to surgically remove one after it ruptured, but she is now healing and ready for her forever home. Piper is playful and loving, and gets around great despite her limited vision. She is especially fond of curling up at night and snuggling in 'til morning.
